Penang's first and only Japanese handroll bar at Lintang Burma in Pulau Tikus. Wanori takes the Japanese temaki (handroll) format and centres it around a bar-counter dining concept, where guests sit and watch fresh handrolls assembled to order in real time. Each handroll is made with house-seasoned sushi rice, premium fillings (salmon, tuna, scallop, wagyu, king crab), and wrapped in crisp nori.
