Tian Tian Guilin Noodles is a hidden neighbourhood shop in Jelutong serving Guilin mi fen (桂林米粉) — a specialty rice noodle from Guilin in Guangxi province, China, that is rarely available in Penang. The noodles are served in a slow-simmered, fragrant broth enriched with pork bones and dried mushrooms, topped with sliced meats, pickled vegetables, and peanuts. A niche Chinese regional specialty for the curious diner. Open Monday to Saturday 9am–6pm. Non-halal.
