Chinese Muslim Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle restaurant at The Zen commercial centre in Bayan Lepas. Silkroad Lanzhou Beef Ramen is managed by Chinese Muslims and serves authentic Lanzhou-style hand-pulled beef noodles (兰州拉面) — noodles stretched to order from a single piece of dough and served in a clear, deeply flavoured beef bone broth with braised beef slices, white radish, and a swirl of chilli oil. The restaurant also serves stir-fries and barbecue items alongside the noodles. Halal-certified. Open daily 10am–11pm.
