Kopi Kia is a comfortable, air-conditioned kopitiam on the busy Jalan Macalister strip, known primarily for its signature Char Koay Teow — flat rice noodles stir-fried over high flame with large prawns, lard, bean sprouts, and eggs, producing excellent wok hei in each order.
