Handmade Chinese dumpling restaurant at Tanjung Bungah Park in Tanjung Bungah (饺子掂). Jiao Zi Dian is operated by a China-born proprietor who makes all dumplings by hand daily — oversized jiaozi (餃子) with particularly generous meat and vegetable fillings, available in soup (水餃), pan-fried (鍋貼), or steamed (蒸餃) preparations. The large filling-to-wrapper ratio and hand-crimped technique distinguish these from factory-made alternatives commonly found in Chinese restaurants. Cosy, small, air-conditioned shophouse.
