Hua Mama Chinese Delights serves authentic handmade dumplings (jiaozi) made using recipes and techniques from mainland China — a distinct style from the Cantonese dim sum culture that Penang is accustomed to. The dumpling skins are hand-rolled and stuffed with classic pork-and-chive, pork-and-cabbage, or prawn fillings, then boiled or pan-fried. Open from noon to midnight daily — one of the longer-operating Chinese dumpling spots in George Town. Non-halal.
