Specialist Japanese ramen and tempura restaurant at Arena Curve in Bayan Lepas (八方). Happō focuses its menu on Japanese ramen and freshly-fried tempura: the ramen selection highlights Tori Paitan (chicken bone broth, silky and rich) and Bonito Ramen (dashi-forward, savoury and clear). Tempura is made to order with light, crispy batter and served with tsuyu dipping sauce. Notably pork-free, making Happō suitable for Muslim diners and those avoiding pork.
