The herbal bak kut teh broth is deeply aromatic, rich, and 'packed with flavour,' simmered in a claypot with pork ribs, pork belly, tofu skin, dried mushrooms, and youtiao (fried dough stick), with unlimited broth refills. The open-kitchen setup lets you watch the chef masterfully prepare each claypot while the intoxicating herbal aromas fill the room. Priced RM20–30 per person. Non-halal. One of Penang's most celebrated BKT experiences.
